Album Review

The lush original score to Out of Africa added much to this acclaimed film, winning the 1985 Academy Award for Best Original Score for composer/conductor John Barry. The score also includes the Adagio movement from Mozart's Clarinet Concerto in A Major.

Beautiful

There is no other way to describe this soundtrack.

Out of Africa Soundtrack

Breathtaking, wonderfully arranged, moving.... After watching the movie, the sound track remains in one's heart. Music so evocative that I can actually see the movie listening to this music.

Just Beautiful

I bought this album back in 96 or so and lost the CD I just got most of the tracks again from I-tunes. It is every bit as spectacular as I remember from the original. This is excitingly beautiful, I'm glad it was still available easy. John Barries best, no doubt. No way the movie could have looked as good without the soundtrack, it added just so was much.
