to be honest, pete and wolfman wrote one of the most outstanding love songs of this decade
i'm sick of people saying that pete is ""getting there"
doherty is already on a level of his own. he is the single most polarizing figure in music in the 2000s
this is a wonderful and gorgeous song
nominated for the most prestigious song writing award in the world in 2005.

i'm as big an arctic's fan as there is. but the shambles, and peter arent the same genre at all.
for lovers is a perfect song. well done

I will always love Pete Doherty.

Pete's voice is so..enchanting. He had me hooked ever since I first Sedative and Lost Art of Murder. True, he has had a history of drug abuse and whatnot, but that only seems to add on to the allure of his music (and himself as a person). And in this song, it shows his true talent and potential. Overall, a marvelous song and I cannot wait to hear more from the talented and drug-laden Pete Doherty.

I love u Pete!

I love Pete’s version of For Lovers. His throaty voice and almost slurring delivery is quite appealing. The picture he paints has me desiring a lover to run away with. Back from the Dead gets my head a bobbin’ and I can’t help but to sing alone.
