EDITORS’ NOTES

Singer Lillie Mae Rische’s tough-and-tender debut recalls a lot of things: the outlaw country of Willie Nelson and Guy Clark, the well-worn Americana of Lucinda Williams, the fiddling traditions she grew up with. But Forever also establishes her as her own strong-willed voice, from the spirited “Honky Tonks and Taverns” to the stunning “Loaner”—sweetly sung stories whose messages of heartache and bootstraps make Rische sound far older than her 26 years.

Amazing and so much talent

I cannot wait to hear the rest of the album. Such a beautiful voice and so much talent in this song. Thank you for making country music sound like country music. ❤️❤️

Incredible Singer, Songwriter, and Musician!

I just saw Lillie Mae and her band at Stagecoach 2018. From the moment I heard her voice, I was totally drawn in. Her all around talent is just amazing. I purchased the entire CD and have been listening to it non stop. It is so refreshing to hear young people still playing REAL Country music. I can't wait to follow her career!
