iTunes Review

Heaters such as “Like a G6,” “Girls On the Dancefloor,” “If I Was You (OMG),” and “Go Ape” erupt with a “party first/ask questions later” attitude unseen since the height of crunk. The softer side is represented on “Rocketeer” (with OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder) and “Don’t Look Now” (with Keri Hilson). Free Wired comes with the iTunes bonus track "Go Ape" with Lil Jon.

Yes it trashy but read first...

Okay yes this album is no doubt trashy lyrics and all about partying, but is that so bad? seriously, look at motley crue, they were all about a good time yet they get high regards from critics abroad. This music isnt made to be the ballad of the year, its meant to get you out of your house for a good time. not to mention the beats of just about every song are FANTASTIC! So before you go on your rants about how this "isnt music" please consider why these songs were made first and what they represent.

Representing the asian american community in the US, Far*East Movement has achieved a dream that has not been achieved until now. All tracks are dope, get this album NOW!!!!!

I will admit, that after songs like fetish, Girls on the dance floor, Go Ape, and like a g6, that i would picture a faster first album.. but none the less, they are a great group! Here is my rating song by song

Girls on the Dance Floor:
There is just something i just don't feel with this song, I mean when you isolate everything, the beat is good, the lyrics are catchy, and the temp is right.. but when it is all put together, it just doesn't give me that felling of hell yes.

Like a G6:
I just love everything about this song. I guess i feel a special attachment to this song, after pouring hours of my summer making a music video to this song... But I feel that this would be the one hit wonder if FM suddenly collapsed.

This song will hit the radio for sure. I love the beat, the tempo, the mood that this song puts you in... It has the same effect as Airplanes by B.O.B... Ryan Tedder was a great addition and really compliments the voices of FM.. Will def be a hit to the public. Just with Like a G6 out, i dont know what can compete.

If I Was You
The beginning of this song just doesn't cut it for me, I think its too slow.. but at the end of the song, you just keep sayin "OMG you soo sexy!!!" Its catchy..

She Owns the Night
Now this songs beat is bangin.. good song to chill too. problem is that this song really doesnt go anywhere..

So What?
Catchy beat, and it has the same song path as Fetish. Its nothing special, but its still good.

Don't Look Now
This song is a feel good song.. Its really sweet, not gunna lie... I dont think it has the same potential as Rocketeer to hit the Radio, but it will for sure be one of their more downloaded songs.

Fighting for Air
Chill song, kinda simple, but I def like it.

White Flag
It is more upbeat than some, but I just dont feel it.

NOW this is FM! I can actually feel the beat, and just wanna start movin to this song.. Really like it!!

Go Ape!
This is different to their GO ape song which is live from the cherrytree house, and the beat is the same, but this seems like a weird version. The live recording is much better, in my opinion, but this one has lil jon.. so that has to count for something..
