Turned Out On The Tribe

This is a bumpin’ album. Smooth Soul, solid RnB and Funk all in one. The tracks are thick and the vocals are luscious. As soon as it plays through, I put it on again. It’s a must have for anyone who likes quality soulful music.

The Rippingtons go to Motown!

Wow! There's nothing like a cool legato voice backed by the staccato punch, punch, punch of a real horn section! This is the kind of album you play over your best speakers when you're trying to impress a woman. Really. It's got a great range of moods from the sultry Love's On My Mind to the party-in-a-song Back In Love. If you're into Jazz or R & B, I strongly recommend this album.

I have cooked listening to this album, I have run with it in my shuffle, I have done the laundry with it in my ears, I have balanced my checkbook with it cranked up loud, I've even done... well you know, the unmentionable! There is a song for every mood and everything is better when you listen to this CD. I highly recommend it.
