Innovative jazz pianist Shelly Berg crosses the Atlantic for this celebration of George Gershwin. Recorded at AIR Lyndhurst Studios, this collection finds him joining the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and José Serebrier for some classics. "Rhapsody in Blue" has its feet firmly planted in the world of jazz here, as Berg loosens it up and gives it swing. His take on "An American in Paris," meanwhile, is bound to put a smile on your lips.
