I quite like these guys!! They have quite an indie/pop sound, with pretty cool riffs...reminds me of the Arctic Monkeys a little bit. Definitely should be getting some airplay. Good job Hot Melts!

Great music

Well written, well produced and all around well done. This is a very strong debut album with an exciting sound. The lead singer's vocals (subletly) remind me of The late and great Layne Staley of Alice in Chains, he even resembles him a bit. The music itself sounds nothing like Alice in Chains but this is an instant classis pop/rock album that has a place in anyone's iPod.

The first band to sign a worldwide record contract with Epitaph Records, the Hot Melts combine punk-pop leanings with a touch of 1950s rock & roll. Frontman Will Bayliss, guitarist Jonny Green, bassist Jamie Otsa, and drummer Jack Prince formed the band in Liverpool during the 2000s. Embracing influences from both sides of the Atlantic, they soon found themselves playing shows alongside such groups as the Hold Steady and the Pigeon Detectives. A deal with Wonderland Records...
