Move Over, White Stripes- theres a new duo in town.

Ahh, more DFA 1979! And these bits are, believe it or not, even rawer and gnarlier than the actual album cuts. Jesse adds extra amazing riffs to all the tracks and Sebastien does extra screaming and squelching over even crazier drum lines. However, DFA 1979 being addictive as they are, this probably is only good for people who have heard their album first. Two sweaty Canadian guys playing bass 'n drums death disco- they're no Black Eyed Peas, people. Little Girl is out of tune, we dont care, it sounds cool.

(The "1979" tag was added later, following a legal spat with the U.S.-based music collective DFA.) Without a guitarist -- or any other bandmember for that matter -- Keeler and Grainger were free to push their...
