Masterfully created!

This album is the perfect combination of melody, pop, modern electro, and even the occasional touches of dub step. Each song is uniquely its own, while still holding that common thread which unifies it into the same theme.

"Intro to Brokenness" seems to define the underlying thoughts behind this album. Personally, my favorite part of this song, is the last 50 seconds, where it takes on a new melody, as if turning the page to begin the rest of the story.

There are four songs which show themselves as being slightly slower—"I'll Let You Go", "Gone Away", "Where Love is Confined", and "It's Complicated". Yet they have been masterfully created to never lose the up-beat tone of the other songs. All are very lyrically outstanding. And take the touch of softness to enhance the expression of the words. In "I'll Let You Go", I find myself singing along and fully meaning the words _"I'm feeling so alone, so lost and insecure."_ These songs somehow know the very feeling that we all experience.

"Somehow Understood" Is extremely relatable . . . _"I wish that I could pretend I somehow understood."_ The artist has brilliantly portrayed the feelings of so many in these words. This song has the perfect balance between beat and calm, making it very catchy while still enjoyable to listen to.

While all of the songs have strong lyrical content, "It's Complicated" seems to stand out from them all. _"I'm seeing walls without windows inside my soul."_ Beautifully poetic, this song talks about all the inner thoughts behind those things we prefer to simply dismiss and tell others, "it's complicated."

Pop has long been in my least favorite genre of music, but I thoroughly enjoy this album. It has a very similar tone to Owl City, only with deeper, more meaningful lyrics, and far more range within the songs. Picking from among them all, I would have to say my favorites are "It's a Pity You Couldn't Stay" and "I'll Let You Go".

Pop is not my favorite type of music but this is a great album! I love music where i can hear the instruments as well as all the words and that they actually mean something. You have a great voice and hope you go far in the music world! Keep it up!

Smooth, easy listening

Solid album. Every song leads into the next smoothly and allows fun but easy listening. Several songs jump out as favorites (I'll Let You Go, Intro to Brokenness, It's a Pity...) but there honestly isn't a single song I don't like, which is super rare for an album for me.
