Stand Up and Listen

I am a huge fan of Ron Goodwin. I first discovered him while watching the opening of "WHERE EAGLES DARE", I was ten years of age when the movie was released, years later I searched for the soundtrack and became a life long fan.

Goodwin: Film Music of Ron Goodwin

This album has terrific recordings of tremendous themes, however there are major drop outs throughout. i-Tunes needs to reinitiate this album. Otherwise, I cannot recommend it.

Don't Flame me

...But from a pure musical standpoint The Luftwaffe March (Aces High) is better than anything John Phillip Sousa has ever written. It's stirring and beautifully intricate. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
