WOW!!!

ok all I gotta say is this album is simply bananas. The beats are bangin and insanely well crafted. At first I was only thrilled with a few tracks, but I like almost every song on this album. The MCs are all amazing (Black Milk, Brother Ali, Posdnous, Elzhi, Slug, Evidence, Blueprint, MF Doom, Prodigy). In fact I would say that the only track i really don't like is the Young Buck track. God Like has one of the sickest beats I've heard. period. I'm so happy that this came out on Rhymesayers, because this lineup is just amazing. If you like any sort of hip hop, you should own this album. my favorite tracks are God Like, The Truth, Oh Really, Trap Door, Glow buy this now!

Finally Vitamin D Raps On iTunes!

yeah, jake one is tight, been listening since 'round '97 conception records and all that... love it. but Vitamin D! thank you man! ill verse. reminds me of garfield high school! pick up the album... support.

not bad

first off, the album has great production (sound quality), and beats. the things that turn me off on this album are certain tracks, RIP for one. could you be anymore repetitous? theres a few lines in some tracks that really feel out of place, and probablly shouldnt have made it to release. some of this may have been due to the fact that some of the MCs arent as polished as the others, and it just shows. theres about 4 tracks of filler on this album, and the 2 MF DOOM tracks, which are typical of his current works, very short. this isnt a album i would play from start to finish, i would expect to skip a few tracks as you listen to it.
