Dark, but amazing!!

I was very hesitant at first about this game being a huge fan of the book, but the game is incredible and the music is incredible to match. You can literally hear the torment and suffering of hell in some of these tracks, but it's so dark and gothic and different that it's beautiful in some respects. If I had to pick 3 tracks then go for "Donasdogama Micma", "Cerberus", and "Bleeding Charon", but buy the whole soundtrack if you can. Well worth it! :)

Amazing orchestral piece

I recently picked up Dante's Inferno video game, and while I found things to nitpick about the game, I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the soundtrack. It's a disturbing piece, but the orchaestral score and the harmonized choir blends together in such an amazing way, it's hard not to be entraced by its haunting melodies. From the beating of the bass drums in "The Bleeding Charon" to the increasing tempo of "Dante, Casarma Treloch" to the memorable blend of high and low voices in the finale "Donasdogama Micma Decepto", this soundtrack simply shatters the perspective of what traveling hell should really be like. Even if you are not a fan of the game, you have to admit that this soundtrack is simply worth selling your soul for.

Paul Gorman makes scary music.

Great mood music for bad things. Not since the Hellraiser 2 soundtrack have I heard something so creepy.
Going to sleep with the lights on in the lounge tonight.
