By far the best album

This album exceeds way beyond any of Meshuggah's other albums. The guitars and drums are way more intricate and complex than just a simple 4/4 rhythm with a odd time signature in the back, this album has actually got more of a complexity to it. Though the production and sound is terrible, totally worth the musicianship value.

STOP!!

what is with people comparing them to metallica!? and what is with this obsession so many metal heads have with them!? they have gone downhill sense the black album, st. anger and later have are complete garbage and dont try and say death magnetic is good because there is no passion in that album! MESHUGGAH dominates over them in all aspects!!! if metallica is (was) a king of metal, then MESHUGGAH IS A THE DEITY OF METAL

Brilliant!

I know Meshuggah has done some major stylistic changes since 1991. This isn't the style they're known for. However... Good luck finding a better thrash album.
