Love Notch, song is average

I hate when people comment on genres they dont like. If you hate rock, reggaeton, rap, country whatever it is, don't comment on it, don't judge it. The song is average & Notch usually is more unique then this.

Guaya Guaya

All though I can't understand what they are singing (not their fault) I like this song a lot plus it was free so it is even better.

Listen past the words

While Guaya Guaya may not be one of the more clever entries in this artist's repertoire, Notch has created a musical style that transcends not only genres, but races and ethnicities. I find it difficult to believe that anyone can listen to one of his songs and call it trash. A failure to comprehend the meaning of the lyrics is understandable; I'm not fluent in patois and I can only understand about half of his Spanish lyrics. But the failure to understand the movements in the melodies and rhythms is, well, sad. Notch is brilliant and his music reflects his genious. Perhaps you should stick to your own record collection and reserve iTunes for those with more adventurous musical inclinations.

After the group disbanded in 1998, Notch began tapping into his Latin roots and re-emerged in the 2000s as a hot reggaeton newcomer. Singing in English, Spanish,...
