Unexpected yet Expected

I saw Dan Sartain live opening for The White Stripes a few years ago. I've been to many live shows and seen many crappy opening bands and so I wasn't expecting much.
Boy was I wrong - I really should have given Jack White more credit (which is why I titled this review "Unexpected yet Expected") because Dan Sartain put on an awesome show and since then I've been a fan. I love the energy of his music - it reminds me of rockabilly/rock/something that belongs on the Pulp Fiction soundtrack. This is a great album and a good starter album if you're just discovering his music. Simply awesome.


Just buy it.
