Warning!!!!! Not the Originals

I know for a fact that Jeopardy (Studio) and The Breakup Song (Studio) are not the originals...can't comment on the rest since I'm not that familiar with his catalog beyond those two hits...

More Like Kihn-incomplete

Where all the post-Beserkley songs from Rockihnroll and Kihntinued for example? Valerie, Can't Stop Hurting Myself, Sound System, Testify, Sheila, I could list a dozen more. Greg Kihn had some awesome songs and albums, I can't believe they're OOP with a simple delivery system in place these days. Sooner or later, the rights holder will want to start selling them on here, but this hodgepodge effort won't coax me out of $30.

I would happily pay $100 for his whole catalog, but for $30, I'd like to buy 3 full albums (preferably of my own choosing).

Pretty Decent Span of Songs

This album spans a pretty decent number of Greg Kihn's songs. Missing are some of my favorites, such as Secret Meetings (Next of Kihn), Museum (Next of Kihn), Roadrunner (With the Naked Eye). The quality of some of the live tracks seems to be lacking something, but overall, this is a good mix of tunes.

The following year, he became one of the first artists signed to Matthew Kaufman's now-legendary Beserkley Records. Along with Jonathan Richman, Earthquake, and the Rubinoos, Kihn helped to carve the label's sound -- melodic pop with a strong '60s pop sensibility -- a refreshing alternative to the bloated prog rock...
