Customer Reviews

This is a better band with new lineup

The Black Lillies always show some grit in their live shows and the new album finally indulges that fully. This is the band's best work and it has soul through and through. There is no superstar in this band, but altogether they add up to something really special.

Old style country in a new school wrapper

Some reviews say the female is flat? I'm no music major but my opinion is that she can stand up to ANY of the female artists from the 70's and 80's. This is a fantastic album of music that sounds like the old country. We need more of this and less of the bro country and pop country that so many tone deaf folks find appealing!

flat

her voice is kinda flat and the song is just average.
