powerful female vocals

very reminiscent of Natalie Merchant, Kat Power, and others with powerful controlled voices that are the main feature of the music. her voice is haunting, topics are strong, melodies created by voice and instuments are profound. If that's not your style, don't bother to rate it!

another great album!

It's beautiful. Another great album from Joan!!!!! If you like Rufus Wainwright, Cat Power etc, you won't be disappointed!

Oh, I like it.

Later, Wasser employed a varied cast of collaborators....
