Album Review

This band's deliciously dirty and rough brand of rockabilly is unrivaled, and this disc is perhaps their finest. Whether they are running a chainsaw through "Froggie Went A-Courtin'" or crooning a baleful "You Belong to Me," the result is pure joy.

Customer Reviews

Thanks Jack White, and vica versa.

After hearing Jack White discuss how influential this band was to him in the documentary "It Might Get Loud," I wanted to check them out. Great energy and pure emotion. Wonderful find. So THEY can thank Jack White for the resurgence they are about to have, and he can thank THEM for his entire career!

Best Rendition Ever

Great album, but the track Apple Blossom Time, is the best ever made of this song. Written in 1920 and recorded by dozens of orchestras, groups like the Andrew Sisters, individuals, etc. Nobody can hold a candle to this cut by Flat Duo Jets.

First album?

Itunes, please try and get their first album on here. It is a classic.
