Where have you been all my life...

I work a tiny little record shop just across a little bridge we like to call the golden gate from a little place we like to call san francisco and one day I received a little compilation called "songs for laura" Well... not only in this compilation LOADED with more amazing artists than you can shake a stick at but its a great listen all the way through. Here was my introduction to this man. Forrest Sun breaths some much needed life into the over produced melodramatic stuff/poo floating around. Do yourselves a favor, buy this guys music. He is the sparklin' real deal in a babblin' stream filled with fools gold...

Great Music definately worth a listen

I rarely write reviews but this CD by Forest Sun is a real gem and is one of the most enjoyable albums I have heard in the past few years. Mellow, but upbeat songs, smooth vocals complement the hook-laden guitar folk beautifully. Its on constant rotation in my car CD player. I like it so much that I will certainly seek out some other CDs by him. This is a perfect music for driving around or just hanging around.
