Great Album

Hellraisers Ball: Caught in the Act live is great. There is a DVD version released by snapper music in 2005 too. It is the only album to feature Keri Kelli (Lead Guitar) and Brent Muscat (Guitar).

The price of dead horse meat

The first four LA Guns albums with Philip Lewis as singer all got better and better. After some time apart, Guns and Lewis got back together and released some strong material in the shape of Man In The Moon and Waking The Dead. After that, the rot began to set in. Fortunately for Tracii Guns, he left the boat before Lewis and longtime bandmate Steve Riley made some awful decisions to release a set of extremely uninspiring covers albums and this appallingly bad live album. Lewis and Riley treat the songs on this record with utter contempt. The singing is lazy, the guitar tones muddy at the best of times and the drumming has never sounded this bad. Steve Riley does a tremendous impersonation of a drummer fast asleep while Lewis fumbles key harmonies. In short, this is worst live album LA Guns have produced to date. Save your money and look forward to catching former bandmate Tracii Guns' activities in other bands.

Rose and Guns decided to combine their two bands in 1985, thus creating the earliest incarnation of Guns N' Roses. Tracii Guns handed...
