No Secrets...this album is GREAT!

How can every track on an album be good? When the album is called Secrets and the band is named Visitors! No frills. No surprises. Just good, catchy, indie pop rock with awesome keyboard laced melodies and somber, seductive vocals. This debut album by the Austin-based band is smooooothe and an easy listen - but not in the adult contemporary, John Mellencamp sort of way. In a much better way! Key Tracks: Need A Little, Night Stranger, Everyone Knows Everyone, Ready or Not...just by the album! Trust me, because I'm totally trustworthy.

Just Visiting

This album is an original masterpiece. All songs written by Visitors, except of course "Fake, Fake, Fake", which was made popular by THE Visitors in the early 2000's. Secrets will make you appreciate the finer things in life... things like cheap beer or perhaps even loose women. If I was guaranteed to crash-land on a deserted island, survive for 5 or 6 seasons, not gain or lose weight, nor grow facial hair, but definitely have a hot night with a lovely lady on the ocean shore and had 1 hour of battery life left in my boombox, I would be hard-pressed not to bring this album with me. Unless Al Green's - Let's Stay Together was also available. I mean, come on! That record is like a mind eraser to women! But Secrets... definitely a close second. Great. Grand. Wonderful. Gnarly. Tubular. Excellent. Radical. Bodacious. Hang-Ten. Wicked. Awesome. Wicked-Awesome. Far Out. Cool. Dangerous. Explosive. Criminal. Foul-Mouthed. Rotten. Smelly. Drippy. Runny. Elephantitis. Invasive. Penetrating. Impregnating. Brothers. Siamese Twins. Freakish. Neato. Rapscallion. Scoundrel. Awful. Downright Neighborly. Generous. Excessive. Philo-Dendron. Haberdashery. Hijinx. Cream of Broccoli Soup. Eight. Eleven. Home Depot. Thin Crust Pizza. Parking Ticket. Jimi Hendrix's Ghost. Ground-Breaking. Tongue in Cheek? Alternative. Indie. Nervousness. Webbed Feet. These are a few words that can best describe this record. And anyway, there are 13 songs on it. 13 songs x $0.99 a song, or 13 songs for $9.99. Any way you slice it, you'd have to be a homeless alcoholic not to shell out for this beauty! Just Do It!

incredible. :]

This album is a masterpiece. So glad iTunes finally got it to make it a bit more accessible. If you're into cool, easy vocals and electronic sounds, then you'll love Secrets. My reccomendations: 'I Don't Smoke' and 'Hangin''.
