Classic hank Williams, Jr.

This was the first Hank Williams, Jr. album I've ever heard. My dad had it on tape...yes, on tape, those wonderful things that preceeded CDs, and I loved the album from the first time I heard it. Years later my brother and I rediscovered dad's old tape and listened to it over and over again until we wore it out. This is a great album but sadly, ol' Hank Sr. and Jr. neither one get much play on the radio these days. If you love the old sounding country with a spice of southern rock thrown in, this album is a must have.

Great Moments

Whiskey On Ice is an excellent song making this album worth it.

In the late '70s, he retooled his image to appeal both to outlaw country...
