In History for Sale, each song is different, yet complete with a catchy corus, solid lyrics, and very fitting vocals. What more can you ask for- yet I'm like, the sixth review! All these worthless bands out there that sound identical to each other make millions, while Blue October wastes away in a corner somewhere. Where has America gone?... History for Sale is too sufisticated of an album, that's why no one buys it. Sad. Help these guys out, readers! They can't make more music when they're broke!

Blue October is Amazing

Now that ive listened to nearly all their music, Blue October has become my favorite band EVER. They are amazing. you cant say anything more than that. This is the best, most unique music ive ever heard. My personal favorites are Calling You, Somebody, 3Weeks She Sleeps, and Inner Glow... which is about half the CD. I couldnt pick 2 or 3. their all too amazing.

Awesome Album!!

This is my first ever review on iTunes, but I felt compelled to review this one. I only found out about Blue October about a month ago and they are my new favorite band. The sound is so unique and the songs are from the heart. The first song of theirs that I heard was "Hate Me" from their "Foiled" CD and after that I had to hear more. "Calling You" and "Chameleon Boy" are my favorites on this CD right now, but all the songs are great. If you liked "Foiled", you must add this one to your collection as well!

Texas quintet Blue October formed during the post-grunge boom of the mid-'90s when vocalist/guitarist Justin Furstenfeld began penning angst-ridden rock songs with the help of his brother, drummer Jeremy Furstenfeld, and violinist Ryan Delahoussaye. Bassist Liz Mullaly completed the band's initial lineup, and Blue October released an independent debut album, The Answers, in 1998. The band's emotive brand of post-grunge led to the sale of 5,000 copies in their native Houston alone. Two years later,...
