Best Blues/Rock release for 2010

Thanks to some very knowledgeable English friends, I have had the good fortune to have listened to the music of Luke Morley (Thunder) and Peter Shoulder (Winterville). I'd have to categorize their group, The Union, as a modern day supergroup. Shoulder's singing ability is on a level with Paul Rodgers of Bad Company fame and this disc has that seventies era feel to it. You can hear hints of Zeppelin in some of the songs, but the album easily avoids being derivitive. Another good thing is there ain't no filler with these songs. There have been some good releases this year, but I think this one's now my leader. Standout songs imho are: "You Know My Name"(get out the air guitar!), "Watch the River Flow", "The Space Between Us"...hell, just get the whole thing. Anyone who loves real rock music will feel they've hitched a ride back in time and found the real deal, The Union!

Where have I heard this before?

Reminds me of Brother Cane. Solid album that will appeal to a number of tastes.

Description is wrong

Sounds pretty good, but this is NOT John Corabi and Bruce Kullick... Please update the description I-Tunes!
