Revisiting Shankar

This is a great album revisiting a heritage and music that is soothing, subtle and complex.
It may take time to grow into this music. But it is worth it.

Speechless

This album is absolute bliss. Whenever I hear it, it makes me forget the world around me. The most beautiful part of the album is that its purely classical. I does not have fusion with modern music unlike Anoushka’s other albums. This album is a real treat for sitar lovers.

She was the youngest and only female recipient of the House of Commons Shield awarded by British Parliament "in recognition of her artistry and musicianship -- as a preeminent musician...
