Album Review

This is Rabbitt's rockabilly release. "I Love a Rainy Night" and "Drivin' My Life Away" set the pace for side one: Sun-inspired, guitar-based productions, heavy on the echo. Side two is a bit ballad-heavy, though most of the tracks stand up well individually. "That's Just the Way It Is" is something of a forerunner for "Someone Could Lose a Heart Tonight."

This is a very unique album. Eddie Rabbit mixes modern pop with country and rock. Im only 15 years old and this album is one i enjoy very much. I like all types of music but i respect the Pop/Country field because of the great Nashvillie sound.

too bad eddie died too young

I really enjoyed him, he had a good voice and was a damn good writer -- Kentucky Rain! Love this guy.
