I stumbled on Rebekka's recorded meditations after exploring hypnotherapy as a way to reduce stress and also to spend time discovering new paths -- started with "Realizing Your Potential" and liked it so much I expanded my library to include this one and a few others too... Her voice is incredibly relaxing! I listen to one of her many recordings several times a week and feel restored, refreshed and honestly, more empowered since I'm doing something proactive about the things that cause me stress. I've used Living Without Anxiety to better manage my moods and how I deal with and respond to stresses at work -- big meetings, presentations or even just dealing with the insomnia that comes from a brain that won't shut off. I couldn't live without it!
