Pull may have been recorded in the late 80's but you'd never know it. It just underscores how timeless great songwriting and solid musicianship really is. This is really an evolutionary work of art for Mr. Mister that differs greatly from their previous releases. It doesn't have a radio friendly wrapper around it which probably confused the marketing powers in 1990...but this will certainly resonate with the maturing MM fan base of today.


Mr.Mister is one of the most underated groups of the 80's. Musical, tight and creative, they were true musicans. Richard Page STILL has one of the best voices in the buisiness, (as heard in his great album "Peculiar Life". Mr. Mister's "Go On" should have won them a much deserved grammy as well as a lengthy record contract. I really hope they get back together and make some more great music. There aren't any groups producing this kind of sound and this quality of songs anymore. Thanks guys for finally getting this music out for your true fans.

My god! How am I so late to the dance? I had no idea, until tonight, 'Pull' had finally been released. Thank you MM, for reminding us of what pop music is suppose to sound like. (We're up for another, if you are.)
