Moving album

Let me start by saying it is a huge letdown to know this band is not around anymore and that I seriously can get depressed just thinking about it! The musical style they brought to the scene has yet to be found in any other band I have listened to. Ian Metzger's voice and lyricism is just so unmatched it is stupid. These songs are ripped straight from raw emotion and experiences in his life that it is just so strikingly beautiful and yet filled with so much pain and sorrow. I can't say I went through anything like what these songs paint such a vivid picture describing but these songs just take you there and force you to feel. I find myself on good days and bad days giving this album a play because it has the power to make you feel and face what you are dealing with or just what you are doing in that moment and it is so captivatingly wonderful. I literally find myself moved to tears on some of the tracks in this album. If it makes any difference to the guys in the band but if you ever read this know that you make some sincere and wonderful music and that the world needs more storytellers like you guys through the undertones of the guitar to the off key pianos and your raw shaky and yet pure voices! Please make more music someday soon. Thanks for the music you have given to us.

Just Awesome.

I forgot about this record for a few years and just stumbled upon it again. Let me tell you.....I AM VERY HAPPY I DID.

Worth it.

Very talented band. I love all the cool timing changes they use. It is surprising to me that I don't hear a lot more about this band!
Keep it up!
