One Honest Man

Without Bo Ramsey, we might not have Lucinda Williams. This is one of those rare Indie label cd's where the sound quality is as good as the tunes. I have listened to this cd over time, and it is solid from start to finish. Honest lyrics and sometimes hypnotic, sometimes rockin', yet always bluesy music make this a winner. My personal hook - - Bo and a former band once played an entire set for me and another guy in Elizabeth, Illinois during a blizzard, and the management gave us free Grolsh beers for the duration (obviously during simpler times). A man dedicated to music without care for success makes great music. Here's the proof.
