Album Review

As Weird Al Yankovic gets older, his albums get more reactionary, and Bad Hair Day is no exception. The first single, a parody of Coolio's "Gangsta's Paradise" entitled "Amish Paradise," was a hit.

Great Album

A really great album. In responce to sman42,"Elmo's Got A Gun" is by Tommy And Rumble, so I'm not sure you'll find it. If a song isn't under "See All Songs By The Artist", it's not by the artist. Anyway, this is a great album. "Amish Paradise" is AWESOME!!! And "The Night Santa Went Crazy" is my new favorite Christmas song. Rock on, Weird Al (and his fans, too).

A great Christmas gift.

I got this when i was very young for christmas. It was the first Weird Al record I got and the best, maybe it's just the memories. I got it when it came out and I am now 23. Anyway Lynwood, running, Puddle, and even worse are very good as well. There is not a bad song on this album though. There is something great about this guy. How his music out last the ones he parodies. I mean he out lasted Michael Jackson OK hes the man. The truth is I have listened to this so many time over the years that it's not really funny anymore, just a good album. I mean I'll walk around singing everything you know is wrong, because I just love the song.

Good Times...

I remember this album from back in the day when Weird Al was the coolest guy when you were a kid. I loved this album and every song is just as creative and spontaneous as ever. I definitely recommend the whole album, especially the polka, because nobody does polka like Weird Al Yankovic.

The foremost song parodist of the MTV era, "Weird Al" Yankovic carried the torch of musical humor more proudly and more successfully than any performer since Allan Sherman. In the world of novelty records — a genre noted for its extensive back catalog of flashes-in-the-pan and one-hit wonders — Yankovic was king, scoring smash after smash over the course of an enduring career which found him topically mocking everything from new wave to gangsta rap. Alfred Matthew Yankovic was born...
