Don't let the sound quality deter you

This album is a really interesting and funny concept.

Comedy in the cleveland area is a collection of horrible bar gigs, cool open mics and comedy clubs. Polk shares some of the typical locales through his hand-recorded sets around the town. The bits do not suffer AT ALL due to the poor sound.

Very funny stuff, give the album a listen (at least, track #14)

What can I say? Polk is amazing!

Me and my wife are huge fans of Mike and his comedy. We see him live whenever we can and now with this album we can laugh with him in our home or in my MP3 layer while I'm weed wacking. Something about this guy just makes me smile whenever I hear or see him. Anyballs... (inside joke)...

Why buy this CD? Because Mike's the funniest man on the planet in my opinion. I laughed all the way through this CD, just like I do when I see him on stage. Why this guy isn't a huge global star amazes me. Dude is just funny, and a brilliant writer. Buy this CD and laugh.

I'm originally from Cleveland and love and appreciate this humor. I live in NYC now and he is still one of the most talented comics around. I try and see him live when ever I go back to CLE. Very good stuff... hilarious. I also enjoyed his book.
