Newly Romanticized Rock Wave

Outlandishly entertaining. Adam and the Ants created some of the most wickedly delicious sounds and songs I have ever heard. I love this album... it fits no "genre," in fact, when it came out nobody even used that word. Favorite tracks: Press Darlings, Ants Invasion, Physical (You're So).

one of the best unique records of it's time...and it still holds up today

I found out about adam and the ants a long time ago, my dad used to travel the world and I asked him to bring me back something "cool" from the uk...he brought back a record ep called "ant music" it had a few songs one of them being car trouble and physical...I freaked the f-ck out, I was so young but those songs opened up a world for can you not get into the double drumming?...I became a fan and when kings was released here in the usa I bought it and played it over and over and over I drove everyone nuts...after all these years I actually bought the cd and the music still sounds sharp, smart and just stands out to this day...amazing record.
