Amazing Musician

I have had the pleasure of seeing David (Daveed) live, where he is absolutely amazing. This album does complete justice to his work over the years. It's a great compilation of this amazing musician's lyrical brilliance. I wish iTunes would add more of his work.

Candy for the Soul

David is SO full of passion and it comes through in E-V-E-R-Y word that drips off his tongue! This is a man that I have followed for many years, and each new thing evokes emotion like it was the first time I've heard his voice.

More Greatness from Garza!

David continues to write thougthful songs that stick in your head for days after first listen. "Joan of Arc," "Butterflies", and "In Eclipse" each stand out, with beautiful melodies that are at once both unique and familiar. I loved his previous works, including "Crown of Thorns" "God's Hands" and "Slave." The extended format of "A Strange Mess of Flowers" suits David's strengths as a songwriter, allowing him to stretch out into more experimental territory.
