I'm disappointed. This is not a real Mya album; she's on less than 50% of the tracks. I don't even understand where the title comes from: how is this the best of both worlds? I'd be happy with the best of one world: Mya. I did a quick search online and found out that she does have a new album coming out, titled "Sugar & Spice," but it's only being released in Japan. I've been hoping for a new album from Mya, but it's just not happening. I hate to give up on her, but we may never get another Mya album in the U.S.
wow this is whack
Good but not as good as Mya can be
She ages well, the older she gets the prettier she becomes. This CD is hit and miss. Too many of the wrong rappers in the wrong place. She should do more R&B and less hip hop. She is far better then Beyonce and Ciara but their song selection and management is better. Loon, Pastor Troy, and especially G-Dep don’t belong here, they must be friends, but these friends are hurting her career. Next CD Mya, take your time and do you, pick your team better for better songs and production with far less rappers. Mya, take your time and do it right. Surround yourself with positive people who have your best interest on their minds and in their hearts. That means management, staff, family, friends and lovers, and not a bunch of opportunist and fakes bumming a free ride until your bone dry. Put the very same people behind you that are behind Keyshia Cole, Ciara, Mary J Blige, and Beyonce. You have the voice, over all talent, and beauty, stay in the gym and stay focus, stop settling for less then the absolute best. Your best has yet to come.
