iTunes Editors’ Notes

Few artists, secular or not, can claim the kind of success that tobyMac has achieved. Since the demise of DC Talk in 2001, his solo career has been a consecutive build of hits and ambition. Eye On It cranks up the gloss, with the hit "Me Without You" leading off with R&B moves and electro-pop–sprinkled rhythms. This sets the tone for much of this album, which drops extreme energy boosters like "Eye on It" against emotional ballads like "Steal My Show." With decades of performing experience, tobyMac speaks the pop language fluently, and his energy and passion reverberate throughout this album.
