Classic roots music, with a modern twist

Simply put, James Intveld is the Truth. You can just hear his heart and soul in his music. Most first-time fans end up becomng long time fans as a result. This CD follows the evolution from a pure "roots" singer (check his self-titled debut)to a more contemporary artist (check 'Somewhere Down the Road" to follow this path). I imagine his more recent move from LA to Nashville influenced this sound quite a bit. The whole CD flows perfect, from beginning to end, though I'm slightly partial to the title cut and A Woman's Touch as my favorites. If you buy one CD this year, make it a James Intveld CD -- you won't be disappointed.
