I love the new songs, one second and i take all the blame. If you don't like Tegan & Sara then you probably need to drink a nice cool glass of cyanide.

AMAZING. [does arm movements.]

i love it. love love love LOVE this ep. i'm so glad that t&s decided to "commercially" release 16 out of the 17 songs they wrote for the con. we're all still missing one....most likely tegan's. haha. anyhow. i think one second is a GREAT little two minutes and thirty-eight seconds of "punk rock" that shows tegan's edge, and if you know the backstory, her emotion. and it's catchy and pure tegan genius, too. sara's "i take all the blame" makes me want to hug her. it makes me want to cry. it's definitely her homage to No Doubt's "Rock Steady," and i now worship her more than ever. haha. =] The remix for BIYH is definitely fun, and you can sneak some t&s into your party mix and turn friends onto them without them knowing! =D FABULOUS. haha. but really, get the EP. Get The Con, So Jealous, If It Was You, and This Business of Art. You won't regret it. [PS. while these songs fit The Con more, you'll love the sound of them even more if you listen to So Jealous, first.]

Rock On!! Techno Off...

Gawd that re-mix makes me want to upchuck a cherry pie. That Tiesto re-mix IS like a cherry pie. Hard crusty and nasty on the outside and sour chunky sickness on the inside. The kind of stuff that makes the kids go bizurk in the bad kind of way. The rest of the songs are AMAZING!!

An award winning, internationally successful indie pop duo comprised of identical siblings Tegan and Sara Quin, Tegan and Sara first burst onto the Canadian music scene in 1998, when they earned the highest score in history at Calgary's "Garage Warz" competition; their quick rise didn't stop, for their melodic acoustics and charming stage personas led to a slew of dates with Sarah McLachlan's Lilith Fair that same year and a record deal with Neil Young's Vapor Records in April 2000.
