Very good recordings, but ODD set list!

The recordings and vocals theselves are very good, and I do enjoy hearing the raw sounds of just Neil and his piano. However, I found the set list of this show to be quite ODD, as I have also found the set lists to be at Neil Sedaka performances I've attended. Although we all know that Neil Sedaka has been involved with writing, recording, and performing music throughout the last 55 years, the majority of his most well known hit records were in the 60's. I would much rather hear a show in which the set list focuses on the most well known Neil Sedaka hits from the 60's (and the 70's as well) rather than a bunch of obscure songs, new material, or songs which Neil may have written but did not actually record. I have been a Neil Sedaka fan for many years and there are about 10 songs here I've never heard of, and several others which I've heard of but were made actually famous by other artists. I realize this is just a matter of opinion, but I would much rather hear and see a concert by The Beach Boys or Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, where most of the songs in the concert are well known hits by those artists, rather than a show like this where there seems to be alot of "filler" than a typical Neil Sedaka fan probably wouldn't have much interest in. I will be downloading individual tracks that are favorites of mine, but certainly not the entire album.

Singer, songwriter, and pianist Neil Sedaka enjoyed two distinct periods of commercial success in two slightly different styles of pop music: first, as a teen pop star in the late '50s and early '60s, then as a singer of more mature pop/rock in the '70s. In both phases, Sedaka, a classically trained pianist, composed the music for his hits, which he sang in a boyish tenor. And throughout, even when his performing career was at a low ebb, he served as a songwriter for other artists, resulting in a...
