This is not a normal "Christian" album. He pushes limits musically and lyrically and brings a real honesty in struggle and doubt combined with genuine worship and love. This record may not be universally embraced by the mainstream Christian community but it will not go unnoticed. A great work of art that will indeed have an impact.

Quo Vadis Domine ,

Honest. Real. Vulnerable.

This album is truly a tour de force, but less as a barreling freight train and more like a Van Gogh: emotional, at times dark, yet at others triumphant and joyful. I have not been able to worship to an album in years due to what I see as a self-centered commodification of certain types of "Christian" music; however, this album puts me on my face before the Lord, ready and eager to praise him with honest affection. You will not be disappointed by this album; yet rather than focusing on what you can get out of it, let the words and melodies bring you before God, to a place of humble surrender and true joy.
