An album of waltzes? By one of the founders of the preeminent a cappella group The Bobs? Sounds like an odd mix, like cocoa in orange juice. But the truth is, this album is lyrical, beautiful, and sublime. This is one of those album that sneaks up on you, and catches you unawares with its musicality, getting richer and more complex with each listen. Even if you never listened to a waltz before -- no, especially if you've never listening to a waltz before -- you'll be be captivated by the range and virtuosity of this collection.

Very rarely do i feels such emotion with a single song, but this song not only gave me strength but painted an enchanting picture. Gunnar Madsen has made a very strong impact on my musical world.

My favorite is Anna. It's so sad and pretty. I think it was in an episode of Sex and the City.
