Album Review

Hailing from the Bush/Creed school of music, this group is quite polished and shows a lot of potential. The album has an interesting paradox, though. On the one hand, it shows a wide variety of stylistic diversity from the group. However, as the disc carries on, it does begin to take on a sameness. The shining star, though, is that the last two cuts (one of which features a prog-ish jam) pull the disc out of mediocrity just in time.

Snag this album

Actually went and bought this album by accident. Had heard them on HBO and just picked up the album because nothing else caught my eye but I remembered the unique name. When I popped it in the cd player I was amazed. Instantly fell in love with every song. And I'm very picky with music. A definate MUST HAVE! Great lyrics. Great sound. All around, great band. You won't be disappointed. Trust me.

Heavy...Melodic...Great Band!

I first got this cd back in 2001 when it first came out. Such a great band, too bad they broke up. Although I heard they got back together. Saw them live at the Ventura Theatre on Main St in CA. Great show, they sounded flawless live. Onesidezero can be very mellow and melodic at times, yet hard hitting and heavy enough to keep any metalhead entertained. Good buy! And I can say without a doubt that every song on the album is good.

I really like this album

They worked hard playing the club circuit and it paid off with a large following being earned for the group. This passionate fan base actually was what got them their record deal. The fans started posting mp3's of the group's demo on Napster, and A&R reps started hearing...
