EDITORS’ NOTES

Bryan Adams has the kind of voice that hardly needs a full-on band to bring out the full emotions of a song. On his Spring 2010 Bare Bones tour, with just himself and keyboardist Gary Breit, Adams tackled his impressive career catalog and remembered what it was like to go “Unplugged” once again. Songs such as “Summer of ’69,” “Heaven,” “Cuts Like a Knife” and “(Everything I Do) I Do It for You” sound completely fresh coming from Adams’ weathered throat. Other highlights include “It’s Only Love,” where Adams proves he could’ve gone the R&B route with similar success. His talents as a vocalist have never been more easily accessed. Even cheeky songs like “The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You” keep a humane rocker’s heart to them, while it’s the most sensitive material (“You’re Still Beautiful to Me”) that comes out strongest.

Finally!

Darrinsgoodman

Inspired and recorded during his ongoing acoustic "bare bones" tour this is the collection that anyone/any fan that has been to one of these rare/intimate shows at some point during the past three years has been waiting for. Stripped down to just the voice, guitar, harmonica, & piano - this is a raw glimpse into this legendary singer/songwriter that only further proves how talented he is. Choosing from his impressive thirty years worth of catalog many of these songs sound completely new and some continue to be just simply timeless. A must hear collection/performance that you must download now! He sounds even better at 51 years old than when I first heard him back in the early eighties!

The title says it all. So many so called artists today can't sing well enough to perform live.
Bryan Adams is live on this and amazing like always. Buy it. There is no such thing as a bad Bryan Adams Album.

What?????

Corn-poo

Please forgive me is a great song. I was excited to hear it stripped...until the middle of the song he starts singing like a hick!!!!!!! Ruined it all for me and that is why I gave it 2 stars.
