A very pleasant album for exactly what it says (after hours). It kind of chills you and creates a very positive atmosphere with its ambient sounds. I particularly liked Magic Shop, Grand and Alice.

The best in the series

This is the best in the Afterhours series by far. It's a perfect album to sit back and chill to. Why doen't Itunes offer the entire album though?

Wonderful, eclectic compilation

davism97 got the idea. This is the best in the Afterhours series. Vol. 1 is good also but do not expect the same quality of music in the later or "Ibiza" series.
The Rockers hi-fi and Colder provide great-sounding dub tracks and Boards of Canada creates a remarkable dark moment in this compilation.
I still have hope for the next G.U. Afterhours. If they compiled a series of tracks like these, they should be able to do it again.

And lastly, I recommend buying the reatil CD since it contains some tracks not mentioned here, like Tricky's Hollow.
