Album Review

The most obvious, nay most ostentatious, use of the electric guitar and its amplified companions in the rock combo, is one of forceful expression. Rage and rock go together like volume and distortion. Throwing melody to the wind, Will Haven offers rhythm and noise for unadulterated noise rock. The pounding drums and rhythmic four-four beat are all that remains after deconstructing and hyper-magnifying the rock approach through volume. More rock and less talk is the philosophy here, and what they have to scream is not for the faint of heart.

its easy to say will haven is an aquired taste, but if you have a taste for difference than look no further. The fury of guitar and drums lay the foundation for chaotic vocals that bring a smile to any Jesus Lizard fans face, and the raw fury brought on by the bass and kick drum will surely please anyone looking for the next step Pantera should have taken....This album is their finest and i'm proud to be a fan even thought i remember seeing them open for the Deftones as "Sock"
