Breathtaking Elegance

Caesar's voice is absolutely amazing. I'm not a big jazz fan but I loved his music the first time I heard it on youtube. This CD has a very calming effect, very romantic, lovely music. Makes you forget the troubles of this world for awhile. I'm definitely putting this music in my "Helps Me Stay Sane A Little Longer" playlist.

Warning - I had a very hard time getting past Track 3 Autumn Leaves because it is so captivating. If you love Nat King Cole - you will love this CD. I've been playing it non-stop since I got it.

A Fine Album of Romantic Jazz by a Vocal Maestro

Here is a fine album of romantic jazz by a vocal maestro. Caesar has toured, shared the stage and recorded with some of the best artists in the world including: Lou Rawls, Herbie Hancock, Stanley Clark, George Duke, and Al Jarreau.

His debut album “Jazz Standards for Today's Audience” was recorded at Capitol Studios in Studio A, using the original microphone and Steinway piano Nat "King" Cole and Frank Sinatra used in the 1950s. And that style comes through loud and clear on this exceptional album of vocal jazz.

One of my favorite tracks on this album is "I Wish You Love" where Caesar's soft and rich vocals play against an acoustic guitar. The combination is inviting and warm, just like this enjoyable album.
