The sound is pretty rad. Nicely done yet again!

Horrorible Pop

What the hell happened? What is this graveyard pop rock? If it wasn't for the fact Nekro was on this album I would throw it in the trash. What a let down after the first two. I listened to it three(hell ridden) times and it just never got better. Third time is no charm and all harm. :(

Kiss Kiss Kill Kill

While I've only listened to it one time around so far, I can assure it's good stuff. Not nearly as catchy as their other stuff, but "Kiss Kiss Kill Kill" has all the energy I've come to expect from them. That's what makes the Horrorpops so special: their energy. Patricia's a top-notch lead, and her voice if far more defined in this album than in previous work. Standout tracks are: Basically every track has something good to offer, however my personal favs at this point in time are "Kiss Kiss Kill Kill" "Everything's Everything" and "Keep My Picture!" All good stuff, and if you're already a fan, then I doubt you'll be disapointed!

The seeds for Danish psychobilly sextet, the HorrorPops, were sewn in 1996 during a gig that found bassist/lead singer Patricia Day's indie-punk collective Peanut Pump Gun opening for guitarist Kim Nekroman's band Nekromantix at POPKOM in Cologne, Germany.
