Can't Wait

One of the most under-listened-to bands ever. I am so excited that they are making a new album.

They keep getting better and better!

Thankfully, unlike Union Black, we'll be getting this one state side in a little over a week. I've already listened to it online, with the exception of the bonus tracks, and I have to say this is a stronger contended as Skindred's most powerful piece yet! The first lead single Ninja really grabbed me with the mix of heavy metal and the 8-bit breakdown, can't help singing "Ninja, Ninja" over and over again. They topped themselves though with the lead in album titled track Kill the Power, one word: WOW! Powerful guitars, drums, vocals, and electronics, get's me pumped! And the rest of the album is not lacking; notable stand outs include Ruling Force, We Live, Open Eyed, and Proceed with Caution. The album wraps up with a nice reggage, Island jam More Fire, a nice little cool off after a half hour of head banging!

Drop it on me!

These dude know how to jam for sure!! I would like to see um' do some work with (HED)pe maybe a tour that would be dope!

Rehearsals for a new project featuring other Dub War veterans didn't work out, but soon Webbe had hooked up with bassist Daniel Pugsley, guitarist Mikey Dee, and drummer Dirty Arya, and Skindred were officially born. The debut LP, Babylon, first appeared in 2002 and 2003,...
