About Salomon Faye

Born in Paris, France but deeply entrenched in New York City with strong connections to the boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn, Salomon Faye is a rapper known for his measured flow and sapient lyricism. Once he signed to the independent Illuzion label, Faye issued a wave of commercially issued singles that started in 2014, and in 2015 continued with the nine-track Stimulation. A three-track EP entitled King Salomon followed in 2017 with J. Cole featured on "Live and Learn." As a guest artist himself, Faye has appeared on Wynter Gordon's "Tomorrow," Ratking's "Take/Cocoa '88," and Hodgy's "Kundalini," among other tracks. ~ Andy Kellman
